Description

Set wgSemiprotectedRestrictionLevels for enwiki related to recent introduction of a new restriction level, extendedconfirmed, regarded as a semi protection. T126607

Allows the MediaWiki core to recognize this level as such, for example to use .mw-textarea-sprotected CSS class instead of .mw-textarea-protected.
