Gadget for Article Monitor from RENDER is broken
Closed, InvalidPublic

Description

At the page dewiki:Staatscourant I tried to run RENDER/Supporting Tools for Wikipedia/Article Monitor and got an error on the gadget. It seems like the service is active. The problem could be as simple as use of deprecated functions, and an image that has been moved.

There is also a note at Talk:RENDER#Cleanup, but this is more a notice of the documentation which seems to be outdated and possibly wrong.

Is enwiki:Staatscourant intentionally linked to de.wp?

What is the error message, and how to reproduce the problem?
Could you please open your web browser's developer tools and reload the page on which you see the problem? If there is a problem or an error with JavaScript it should be printed in the 'console' of the developer tools. For more information please see:

The code has signs of unmaintained code, ie. use of deprecated vars, etc. It needs a general cleanup.

On the use of "enwiki"; the bug was in front of the screen. It should have been "dewiki". I did some testing at enwiki to, and it popped of my brain stack in wrong order.

Added a link there back here.

Weird, today I cannot reproduce this anymore. This might have been caused by labs outage. Both the Article Monitor and the Article List Generator work fine.

Can you try to reproduce this again?

This works for me now, after flushing out the cache.
Going to close the bug.
