Description

When a new user switches from the secondary editor to the primary editor a "You have switched" popup appears showing the user how to get back to the secondary editor.

The popup fails to appear after switching from primary editor to the secondary editor. This may leave new users stranded in the secondary editor with no easy way to discover how to return to the primary editor.

(Note: I tested on EnWiki, and per Jdforrester's Talk page it is my understanding that EnWiki is a VE-Secondary Wiki.)
