@KLans_WMF @ggellerman : Any strong feelings about where this page should live? My first guess would be a link from a new "Capacity-building" sub-section within https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Team_Practices_Group#Team_Documentation but I could also see it within "The team" or "Our work".
I think the content is ready to post, as soon as we know where to put it.

@ksmith @ggellerman just calling this page "Capacity-building skills" doesn't seem quite right, as it lists both things we do and things we can teach. What about just "Our skills"? and then we can add a caveat about doing or teaching at the start of the page?
