I’m seeing a weird bug in my preferences on MediaWiki.org. The radio buttons change when I click in the “Time Zone” field.

It appears that OOUI is bleeding over. :)
This is not happening with my volunteer account (Ckoerner). Nothing in commons.css/js.
Gadgets enabled:
- Edittools
- Collapsible Tables
- enwrap boxes
- Site
So far only on MediaWiki.org (Not English Wikipedia, I checked.)

Looking around, maybe T117781 is related, but I don't see any work yet over there.
