No data in EventLogging from user UI interactions

Description

Per task T124503 we should have two tables in log database: TranslationRecommendationUIRequests and TranslationRecommendationUserAction. The only table that is related and I can spot is TranslationRecommendationAPIRequests_15395417. The last timestamp registered in this table is 2016-03-03.

Are we registering user interactions with the UI?
