In T87558 a new eliminator group was created in FA WP with rights that are more or less a limited version of what sysops can do. People are elected for this role by vote, and the right is granted by bureaucrats.

In the original request it was asked to also allow botadmins to grant this right. I am not sure why this why requested (perhaps the intention was to have an automated way to remove users from eliminator group if a violation is detected, but removals actually occur by manual review). This specially doesn't make sense now that through T135725 we are giving deletedhistory right to the eliminator group.

Therefore I would like to ask for removing the botadmins group from the list of those who can grant eliminator rights.
