I forgot to write, that the link is the one I get when following:
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:SyntaxHighlight#Installation

And there I select 1.26 and hit Continue.

The same behavior for 1.25.

It seems to be linking to https://extdist.wmflabs.org/dist/extensions/SyntaxHighlight_GeSHi-REL1_26-aa21d3b.tar.gz

which does not exist instead it should be linking to https://extdist.wmflabs.org/dist/extensions/SyntaxHighlight_GeSHi-REL1_26-a15f02e.tar.gz

@Legoktm found the storage was full and needed some files removed.

After that he regenerated the tars and it now works.
