Description

User reported the following error when attempting to upload file via "Embedded file:"

Unknown error: "{"xhr":{"readyState":4,"responseText":"'origin' parameter does not match Origin header\n","status":403,"statusText":"Forbidden"},"textStatus":"error","exception'

This sounds more like the cross-wiki upload dialog (available inside the wikitext and visual editor) than UploadWizard (available at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:UploadWizard). It's best if you include a screenshot, since that usually makes it easy to tell exactly which tool is affected.

Did the user mention what browser they are using?

Also, just to be sure, this happened recently, right? There was a similar problem affecting everyone for a few hours a month ago (T132612).
