Description

Given that I want to translate a source page
And that the source page include a cite-template
And that the cite template include a link to Special:BookSources
When I translate the cite template
Then the link to Special:BooksSources should go to the page on the local wiki

What happen now is that the link to the external wiki is retained, that is it gets the form [[:sv:Special:BookSources/9789146218432|ISBN 978-91-46-21843-2]]even if I'm on nowiki. In short (?:w?:sv:)should be stripped for some internal links, but the actual code must be inferred from site and language.
