Description

Right now, the ORES homepage sends people to https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Objective_Revision_Evaluation_Service for "Information on how to use the service" and the wiki page sends people back to the homepage for "Information on how to use the service" This doesn't need to be circular.
