User Story
As a someone who works with Reading Web (PO, Scrum Master, dev, etc), I would like one place to find process-improvement tasks for the Reading Web Team, so that I don't encounter redundancies and/or confusion therein.
Reading-Admin has been under-maintained, especially and specifically with regards to process improvement tasks (currently under a column titled "Team practices"). A column for these tasks exists but may be redundant with the newly created Reading-Web-WMF-Team-Process-Improvement . It should be determined whether or not these tasks should be reflected in Reading-Admin. If so, it is possible to repurpose Reading-Web-WMF-Team-Process-Improvement as a Subproject of Reading-Admin and create a permanent Milestone column. Doing so would update that column automatically as tasks are added to the Subproject.
Acceptance Criteria
- Scrum Master and PO determine relevancy of Reading-Admin in Reading Web Team process improvement
- Reading-Admin loses the "Team practices" column, or is even archived as an entire project
- "Team practices" column is replaced by Reading-Web-WMF-Team-Process-Improvement via conversion of the latter to a Milestone within a Subproject
- Regardless of implementation of solution, there is not a column in Reading-Admin in addition to a separate project, or vice versa.
