To test:

  1. Open explore, scroll down
  2. Tap the explore tab bar icon, verify that it scrolls to the top
  3. Open saved (be sure to have enough saved pages to more than fill the screen), scroll down
  4. Tap the saved tab bar icon, verify that it scrolls to the top
  5. Open history (be sure to have enough saved pages to more than fill the screen), scroll down
  6. Tap the history tab bar icon, verify that it scrolls to the top

@Fjalapeno for Wikipedia 5.0.6 (909.1) Explore works, Saved and History don't work yet.

I'm testing on iOS 9.3.4 and Wikipedia 5.1.0 (901). This is now fixed as Explore, Saved, and History all scroll to the top when their icons are tapped.
