How is this task connected to T140923: Pre 2016 offsite "must do"s and its subtasks? Or maybe even a dup of one of them?

T140923 is about things that are both things Rachel will help with/do and things she won't. I presume this task is for keeping track of her work on our offsite generally (within DevRel).

Yup - this is just basically a place holder to show what I am working on.
Will take an opportunity to update.
In discussions to work out details with a good looking event space
in the process of finding the best hotel options.
