Description

Do not display content snippet of sent email. Email is sent to matter be communicated privately. Having the snippet visible in notifications breaches such privacy.

This was discussed in various comments throughout T121831: Put email subject in notification body of emailuser notifications. Legal and Product said it was ok to include, but two editors expressed concerns.
