There is a difference between the individual Wikimedia Foundation projects about the availability of the JavaScript directionality buttons for protected pages added via Brion's JavaScript

I *can* use the directionality buttons at
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:HotAbs&action=edit

where the page source code displays:

But there are *no* directionality buttons available at

where the page source code displays:
