Compact language links feature made it easy to quickly switch among the languages you know, which is a common usecase of multilingual users of Wikimedia projects. As part of the process of discussing the feature, some other more specialised usecases surfaced which involve going through most or all the languages (e.g., T136677#2511237). For example, a user wants to check if all versions of the Paris article have an Eiffel tower image (in order to add it to the missing ones).

This ticket is aimed at exploring ideas to support browsing all languages without interfering in the quick switching usecase, such as providing access to controls (or shortcuts) to move to next/previous language for a given article.
