Description

I observed the following in sequence just half an hour ago in the Wikipedia of the Ripuarian languages (ksh):

1:08 o'clock I inspect http://ksh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spezial:Statistik which still shows 7233 pages. I seach for page deletions, none in recent changes, none in the logs for the time in question.

So, I must assume, this page creation was not counted.

That page doesn't meet the "good-article-count" criteria, so would not be counted. Thus it is expected that the count would not change.

To clarify on that, a page is only counted as an article if it is:
