Description

In betalabs add or edit a topic summary.
Select the sorting option 'Recently active topics' (or re-fresh the page if the option has been selected already)
The topic with added/deleted summary will not be moved to the top of the list.

Note: Resolving/Re-opening topics makes them marked as 'Recently active topic'
