Right now, coordinators need to copy-paste email on approved applications to publishers. There should be a button that lets them send this information. This would have the added benefit of protecting user privacy - we would no longer have to show user information to coordinators, as we could send it directly to publishers.

This won't work for some partners, e.g. EBSCO, where the coordinator has access to an admin interface where they set the account up, and partners where individual resources are requested. I don't see why it couldn't work for most others, just need to make sure this is an optional per-partner flag.
