We'd need to refresh swift frontend hardware in codfw and eqiad.
Hardware specs: IIRC those are misc systems with 10GB NIC (12 cores, 16GB ram, 300GB disks)
Quantity: 4x per site

The servers have been selected and placed for delivery. (Just updating this public task.) Once they arrive onsite, a setup task will be created, and this task resolved.
