@Slaporte @mahmoud @Yarl I started a first draft of a survey on Montage (Description is completely missing at the moment). The goal of the survey is to collect feedback from the jurors and admins (jury coordinators) about Montage to learn about what worked well for them, and what can be improved for WLM 2017.

you are not. Thanks for noticing it, I missed that. Adding a note to add that as an optional field at the end of the survey, with the reasoning that we may need to reach out to them after the survey for clarifications/expansions, I assume. While we are at it, I can also add a country field (optional) as well.

Thanks for the feedback @Yarl and @Slaporte (not sure if Mahmoud edited the text, I can't see history in Forms). I have removed everyone's access from the form and will start sending the survey out to a few people for testing. Once we have a few responses in, I'll send it to the rest of Montage users. Once the survey is closed, I'll add all of you back to it again. One note on the approach for reaching out to jurors: I'm planning to send the survey out to coordinators, and ask them to send it out to their jurors, this is because I'm not sure if all jurors know English enough that they can read the introduction to the survey in English. If you think we should do this differently, please let me know.

update: I sent out the survey to all jury coordinators who had used/tested Montage (18 email addresses). I got the list from https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons_talk:Montage (India had two jury coordinators, that's why the number of recipients is not 17 but 18:). The deadline for the survey is 2017-01-30. I'm going to close this task and open a subtask for us to analyze the result of the survey once they become available.
