cp3021 failed disk sdb
Closed, DuplicatePublic

Description

(This is CRIT in Icinga, but with a scheduled downtime, but not pointing to any task. Searching in Phab for cp3021 didn't reveal anything — apologies beforehand if this is a duplicate)

[12035764.013432] md/raid1:md0: Disk failure on sdb1, disabling device.
md/raid1:md0: Operation continuing on 1 devices.
[12035764.027742] RAID1 conf printout:
[12035764.027746] --- wd:1 rd:2
[12035764.027748] disk 0, wo:0, o:1, dev:sda1
[12035764.027749] disk 1, wo:1, o:0, dev:sdb1
[12035764.045541] RAID1 conf printout:
[12035764.045547] --- wd:1 rd:2
[12035764.045551] disk 0, wo:0, o:1, dev:sda1

Also, unrelatedly, tons of:

[12024584.632378] dm_mod: Unknown symbol blk_rq_unprep_clone (err -22)
[12024584.632380] dm_mod: disagrees about version of symbol blk_stop_queue

…which point to mismatching kernel/modules and it's not a very good sign.

This was me, experimenting with ATA Secure Erase. :) I did log it in SAL.
