decom steps
- - ensure system is not listed in any roles in puppet, removed from install_server
- - puppet halted on host (host was powered off already)
- - system puppet/salt keys removed, puppet node cleaned and deactivated
- - switch port disabled
- - system powered down (host was powered off already)
- - system production dns entries removed
- - disks wiped (assign to @Papaul for this)
- - system unracked, racktables updated
- - switch port description removed (assign to @RobH for this)
- - system mgmt dns entries removed.

I believe this machine (db2015) is due for decommission, but we need to check.
It is not on puppet or monitoring (icinga, tendril). It is still on dns and maybe other places.

Its disks do not even boot. I am going to shut it down and let papal decom, unless robh has a different idea for it.
