I was looking at Template:AFC statistics when I noticed that The Snake Corps was in the "Misplaced submissions" section. The page in question was moved back to Draft on 1 May 2016 (diff) but didn't appear on the template list until 10 May 2016 (diff). I can't find anything obvious as to why it would still be listed despite everything else seemingly working properly.

How is that template list updated? Is that done by EarwigBot, or by the MediaWiki software itself?

I'm not entirely sure. I asked Earwig about it (since he runs the bot) but he wasn't able to find anything obvious about why it would still be on the list. He's the one that suggested I open a phab ticket. I'll add him to this conversation, I guess.

@Earwig: Could you provide more info if possible? (like how that template list gets updated, if you know)

It's a database desync issue. (I thought I mentioned that to primefac, guess it got miscommunicated?)
MariaDB [enwiki_p]> SELECT page_namespace FROM page WHERE page_title = "The_Snake_Corps" AND page_namespace IN (0, 118); +----------------+ | page_namespace | +----------------+ | 0 | +----------------+ 1 row in set (0.00 sec)
The page has been at Draft:The Snake Corps since May.

Yep. It might be covered by another ticket. These kinda things often are. I'm not sure.
