Problem statement

I would like to set my Gerrit full name to 'Svetlana Tkachenko' instead of 'gryllida'

Steps I've taken to fix it;

• the text field for it at Gerrit is greyed out,
• the 'reload' button next to it does nothing, and
• the Wikitech wiki does not have a real name setting so I am not sure where it is taking it from.

Short of filing a ticket here I have no idea how to proceed. Thank you.
