Right now, in the color palate ( M82 ), YELLOW90 is too bright in some use cases and YELLOW50 is too dark, It would be great to have YELLOW70. Same goes for GREEN, RED, ACCENT too.
I've got #ffe18d from a color blender (via averaging YELLOW50 and 90 RGB values) but not so sure it's the best option here.

There are colors that are not part of the palette, but might be adaptions (like lighten Yellow90 by 10%) for states or certain use cases. They are in the Components overview. We would like to continue with our limited palette as it makes it easier for volunteers to choose a color for their needs as long as there's no broad shortcoming, where a color is requested across several products.
