Some languages convert the wikitext interface in bold

Description

When you edit wikitext by using certain languages, the interface is in bold (all of it except the editing field itself). There is various <strong> tags on the HTML code, out or in defined divs.

I haven't found a problem with an other language yet.

That's apparently not related to the skin, because I have that bug on Monobook too:

That's normal because of broken translations. Looking at the source of that HTML you can see

<label for="wpAntispam">Taol gwiriañ eneb-strob. &lt;trong&gt;Arabat<strong> merkañ tra pe dra amañ&#160;!</label>

The default translation at https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=MediaWiki:Simpleantispam-label/br&action=edit is correct.
The custom local translation at https://br.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Simpleantispam-label is broken. Proposing to delete that page.

@Aklapper I spotted and corrected Simpleantispam-label/br on translatewiki yesterday but the problem is still here and not just on br.wp but on all the wikimedia site I tested including but not limited to fr.wp, br.wp, fr.ws, br.ws, la.ws, oldws, commons, wikidata, meta, etc.

Plus, there is no page to be delete as there is no page at all on https://br.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Simpleantispam-label it's just a replication of the Translatewiki page (or supposed to be... is it just a cache problem?)

Oh, I see now that you only recently edited https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=MediaWiki%3ASimpleantispam-label%2Fbr&type=revision&diff=7149440&oldid=6449565 - sorry, I had not checked as I was a bit in a hurry earlier today!

https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/rMW843f4ebc95714444e721ed02cae8b2ea02189524#ed5b567f was imported from twn into MediaWiki core a few hours ago. I'm not sure when this will change in the MediaWiki core code repository will actually get deployed on the Wikimedia sites: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_1.29/Roadmap
