We could organize release notes (not just by location, but in formatting) in multiple ways. Which one makes the most sense?

My proposal is that we could make it so that release notes are all one page, at Social tools/release notes. Extensions would each have their own section, and we could use https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Template:See on the Extension page that would direct to Social tools/release notes.

We could also do that, except instead, each extension would have their own subpage for just release notes.

Those are just a few ideas. Which and what would be the best way to place the release notes so that they could still be discoverable while also being still organized?
