When having defined Filters in a Subcategory thes are ignored and overwritten by the Filter from the Top Categorie, I think it could be useful to introduce new filters in certain subcategories

This has essentially been solved in SD version 0.7, where you can use HIDEFROMDRILLDOWN to remove a category, and SHOWINDRILLDOWN to add a subcategory (and give it its own filters).
