To reproduce:

Go to https://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special:Search
Paste "מוסד ללא כוונת רווח שמארח עוד מספר מיזמים" (including the double quotes) into the search box.
Click "Everything" in the bar under the search box.

Observed: No results.
Expected: To find https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Wikimedia:Portals-footer-description/he

(Tagging Wikimedia-Portals because it's related, but the issue is probably in translatewiki's search configuration.)

Assuming there is no failure for this particular page to update the search index, the bug could be in CirrusSearch/ElasticSearch.

So I think it has to do with the comma and period (wrong tokenization?).

I have upgraded ElasticSearch and reindexed the whole search index.
