It is not obvious how a user can read the full topic. It is possible by accessing the "permalink", but this is not obious. It would probably make more sense to have a link to the whole topic, and then assume that the user know how to copy the address, than the other way around as it is now.

Ie, rename the link from "Permalink" to "Full topic".

Perhaps this comes as an effect of users writing summaries and marking the topics as solved on nowiki, and then they reopen the topic to read it in full.
