Description

Per IRL meeting week of 2016-01-09. TPG wants to experiment with using "workstream" projects instead of "quarterly goal" projects. We would have one workstream project for each engagement, no matter how large or small.

"Draft" may mean "mockup."

Joel and I have started collating various proposals for how to integrate Phab with the new workstream ideas.

Joel and I have concluded that the solution is likely 1 of 3 scenarios, which we are separately mocking up in different systems to see if we are on the same page. Once we have mocked we will present to TPG.

Mocks are done; Joel did images, I did phab-01 "live" testing.

Next steps:

Joel to start Google Doc, within which will be
- Draft summary of what problems we are attempting to solve
- Joels images
- Links to Max's phab-01 boards
- Opportunities for TPG to comment on preferences, needs, yet-unidentified risks, etc

Draft is out and awaiting TPG input.
