Currently, the ProofreadPageInit::initNamespace method populates $wgExtraNamespaces.
Desired behavior is to also populate $wgNamespaceAliases with namespaces aliases, to be able to fix a namespace localisation, but keep the former one for backward compatibility.
That will allow to rename a namespace for T101634 and as such desired by Gerrit change 287396.
