Description

A bug was fixed in rebuildrecentchanges.php today (#13576). That did not fix everything.

size differences are not add when running the script
log entries are no longer part of rc after running the script

There may be more missing properties. Not sure.

Things should be working as of r32674.

Note that the sizes come from rev_len, so old NULL entries will be lacking...if the text where decompressed and strlen called, that could be done too. But that would be a lot of work if there are many rows. Also, I am getting lazy...
