Description

For MF: make sure general styles set targets: mobile and desktop

In general: responsive handling for the following:

Form special pages/editpages
CollaborationHubs
CollaborationLists

Apply the usual pile of flexbox and width: 100% on random things and we should be solid.

That page makes no bloody sense to me. Last time I tried to use it I found it more feasible to just implement proper mobile support in the main skin and get rid of MF entirely, but that was obviously not for something intended for WMF wikis.
