When face detection fails, show the top portion of a cropped image rather than showing the center portion.

Testing on iPad Air 2 and Wikipedia app 5.4.0 (1081).
This is fixed as on pages about a person the top portion including their face now is present (I checked other pages for U.S. presidents and the results were the same):
