Wikitext2017 works in Wikipedia namespaces (and other namespaces). Visual editor does not work in the non-configured spaces (Wikipedia). In the Wikitext2017 there is a button-switch to Visual editor but not active.

It was expected that the button-switch will not be here or will have a tooltip "editor is not available in this namespace"
