In IE 11 while typing inside a table cell, the second letter always goes to the next line

Description

Steps to reproduce:

Insert a table
Now select a cell and start typing text into it (make sure your cursor is not active in that cell, it just needs to be selected)

Observe that, every time you type in a cell without making the cursor active in it, the second letter is going to the next line.

I tested this on IE 11 on my PC, and can no longer reproduce this problem.
