As reported on the technical section of the village pump, the horizon: interwiki link is causing that some pages cannot be accessed. I'd like to request a dry-run first of the cleanupTitles.php and the namespaceDupes.php to check how many titles are affected by this or other conflicts and depending on that number, pursue one path or another.
