IABot should honor existing format when modifying archivedate.

The cite has an accessdate and archive-date in mdy format - bit it changed it to iso. It should use mdy in this case.

Different case here. The parsing of plain links is handled in a different area of the parser. I forgot to upgrade that. :p

And fixed as well.
