Create "editprotected" right on Portuguese Wikinews

Description

Hi,

I would like to request the creation of a new user group called "editprotected" in Portuguese Wikinews (pt.wikinews.org). It must contain the following permissions.

  • Edit pages protected as "Allow only administrators" (editprotected)
  • Edit pages protected as "Allow only autoconfirmed users" (editsemiprotected)

Hi, thank you for your request! I have only small question. Who should be able to grant and revoke it? Otherwise you'll need to go to stewards everytime.

It can be added and revoked by local administrators.
