It's not clear to me why I'm even in the recipients of this. What is cvn.maintainers@tools.wmflabs.org?

This is the same spammer which writes to toolserver.org addresses; they all have this To: "Power Man".

Is his address listed in a .forward file there?

The only tool I see on Toolforge is /data/project/cvn whose two .forward files do not contain @Nemo_bis address. Cannot find a cvn.mantainers tool.
