Description

From @Headbomb: "On Parsec, OABot suggests a link. But the link is simply the arxiv preprint. In those cases, the bot should use |arxiv= rather than link to the CERN server."

Based on my survey of available suggestions yesterday, I'd say it's fixed, yes. Separate tasks exist for specific issues, such as T187791.
