As a security measure we should remove any extraneous access to the old signup sheets (including link sharing) when we make the switch, assuming active users were transferred from them to the platform successfully.

We shouldn't do this for partners like EBSCO, who have voucher code information in the sheets, until we've decided on an alternative system, even if it's just a new sheet that doesn't contain as much personal info.
