Would it be possible to put in place a namespacealias at English Wikisource that maps H: to Help: namespace. There is no interwiki map conflict that I see that would inhibit this request.

Oh, and there are pages currently with these "shortcuts" so it will probably need that script run that is made to fix pages and namespaces (vaguely waving hands about not remembering exactly what was done last time just remembering there was the additional process).
It is namespaceDupes.php which should be run after the new namespace is deployed to fix the pages. I can take care of the patch for adding the namespace but running the script requires someone with access to terbium, which I don't have.
