Hi,

Ellie let me know the 2018 Wikimania organizers would like a URL similar to https://wikimania2017.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimania for next year.

Is it possible for this to be setup?

So, this is T155038 (which I'm gonna merge this task into it)

There's a partial discussion whether we're going to carry on doing wiki per wikimania, or reuse the wiki going on over there...
