Every 12 months we send surveys to users asking how useful they have found their TWL access and requesting feedback and suggestions.

This is the kind of thing we could automate in the library card.

Surveys need a revamp anyways, this would be a good part of that.

Meeting notes:

Step 1 would be simply sending the existing google forms periodically.

Ultimate aim would be data collection directly into the platform, with both mandatory all-partner and partner-specific questions combined into a form.

Full goal really needs some more design work to figure out what it would look like.

We use the data for KPIs and Partner reporting, but should flesh out our motivations for collecting the data.

Could couple it with the automated renewal notices.
