We currently use a Google Form to collect user feedback about the platform. We could integrate this more directly, collecting responses in a Django form with a new app/model for surveys, which could synchronise with T171031.

Hi @valerio.bozzolan - we're currently reworking the design of the tool, and might do away with this form entirely in favour of collecting feedback on Meta. I'm going to close this ticket out.
