[minor] Watchlist: when "Expand watchlist to show all changes ..." option is not enabled, the counter for last changes still counts all changes

Description

  1. In Preferences - Watchlist do not enable "Expand watchlist to show all changes ..."
  2. Make several changes to a page that's on a user's watchlist.
  3. The Watchlist will display the real count (i.e. the count of multiple changes on the watched pages), though UI displays only the most recent changes:

In the screenshot, UI says: "Below are the last 20 changes in the last 168 hours", but only 7 changes displayed

Another example - "Below are the last 13 changes in the last 72 hours" and only two changes are displayed.
